My name is Slava Kucenko. I'm man with physical disabilities. I am 22 years old. I live in Byelorussia (it between Russia and Poland). I live in the city of Minsk. Minsk is capital of Byelorussia. I same, as well as all other people, but I cannot go. I such was born. I study in college on programmer. I cannot independently visit studies. Therefore I study by correspondence. In college I study 3 years and soon I shall finish it. Now I live with mum and the daddy in an apartment on a ground floor. My mum works at school, and the daddy at a factory. They earn very few money. Together they earn about 200 US dollars. My government pays to me pension about 40 dollars. For residing at an apartment in the winter me pay more than 50 dollars pay. All other money we spent for eating. 10 years ago to me have presented an wheelchair. But in this carriage I cannot move one along the street. I cannot make it. I do not have not enough forces that hands to twist wheels. And from an apartment I cannot leave because there is no slope for men with physical disabilities. Therefore, when mum and the daddy leave for work, I one sit at home and to me is very sad and lonely. And I too, as well as all people, want to shopping, to take a walk, look at a grass, trees, to talk to other guys. It so does not suffice me. I have dream - I want to buy to myself a wheelchair with management and electro-engine. I also should reconstruct a little an apartment that I could leave on street. (Northern Virginia Community College), many moons ago when Washington still had it's Senators Baseball team. Somewhat pissed off at the moment with that weird President you have, but it looks that will be another "one termer" Bush and things will come back to normal.
