I saw you on TV having your party, it was an inspiration! I haven't baked
in years, but now I think I'll try it again, maybe next year even plan an
exchange! Do you have a book of all your recipes? If you don't, you
should!
Saw the show last year on Food network, enjoyed again this year. I am
starting a yearly cookie exchange but my will be in January each year.
Thanks

idea a cookie exchange is! I'm 18 and thinking of starting the tradition
with my friends!
What a great site! I really enjoyed your segment on Food Network. Looking
forward to hosting my own cookie exchange next year. Happy Holidays
:-)
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE COOKIE EXCHANGE ON THE FOOD CHANNEL I WENT TO HIGH
SCHOOL IN BETHESDA, MARYLAND. I HAVE TWO BROTHER THAT LIVE IN ROCKVILLE AND
A SISTER IN ALEXANDER, VIRGINIA. I APPRECIATE THE COOKIE RECIPES I GOT FROM
YOUR WEB SITE AND I HOPE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAVE A WONDERFUL
CHRISTMAS
Saw you on the food channel. I love the cookie exchange idea and plan
to start a new tradition in our family next year!
I have been to one (1) cookie exchange and loved it! I'm thinking of hosting
one next year (2001). I love your site. Thanks for the tips.
I watched your segment on the food network Sunday, December 17,2000. Loved
it!! A friend and I have just started this tradition in our neighborhood.
It took some work, no one wanted to bake "homemade" cookies, but we persisted
and now we are questioned in November about the December date for our swap.
We always have it on a Wed. night around the 15th of the month. It was a
success this year, with the cookies getting better and better every year,
now that they know they can bake. Thanks for your web site. The rules are
great! Merry Christmas. Thanks again for a great show.
Robin, I enjoyed the show last night (Dec. 17, 2000) on FoodTv, with Sara
Moulton. With just the right recipe, a person might start baking more. Thank
you for the recipes.
Hello, Robin! I saw your program lastnight and that is a fantastic idea!
I would love to have a cookie exchange party! What a great way to meet
people.Although......lol, with a 35 month old, it could get tricky! Thankyou
for sharing your ideas! I love this page!
I watched the Holiday Cookie Swap with Sara Moulton on food tv last night
and just HAD to check out this site. Love it! Thank you for the recipes and
the wonderful way you share in fellowship.
Dear Robin, I watched you on the food channel last night, what fun your
show was! I am going to shoot for next year (2001) to try and host an exchange.
I have some friends that love to bake. Thanks for so many great ideas, you
put Martha Stewart to shame! LoL! I am off to the recipe section now. Merry
Christmas from LA! -Mary
Enjoyed your show about the cookie exchange. I'm going to plan one next
year. Thanks for the inspiration!
I made the cranberry oatmeal cookies for our annual exchange at work and
they received rave reviews. Thanks so much. Your site is wonderful. Merry
Christmas!
Saw your Cookie Exchange special on FoodTV with Sara Moulton...I have
hosted exchanges in the past, but everyone got "tired" of it after a few
years...I think it's time to do it again! Next year for sure!
Robin, I saw your feature on FoodTV last night and thought "What a wonderful
idea"! This morning the first thing I did was log onto your website (even
remembered the address after sleeping!). LOVE IT! Then I told my husband
that we WILL have a cookie exchange next year! He thought it would be a fun
thing to do, he loves baking his own original recipes. So I thank you from
the bottom of my heart for a fun idea to share with friends and family. Have
a WONDERFUL Holiday Season and Healthy New Year, Dottie
I saw you on the food network last night and loved this idea. I is too
late this christmas but next year I am going to host an exchange. This website
is a good thing. thanks
I think your exchange is a wonderful idea. I'm in a corporate office,
and for the last two years we have been doing a cookie exchange here. Usually
10 people get involved, and each brings in 60 cookies (6 for each person).
We even get the guys involved (kicking and screaming, of course), but we
all have a great time. I'm buying a house soon and after seeing your cookie
exchange party on Sara's show, I look forward to doing an exchange at home
with my friends next year. Keep up the good work!
Robin- I just finished watching the story about your cookie exchange on
the food network. we think it sounds like so much fun and are planning are
having our own cookie exchange next year. good luck with future cookie baking!
Merry Christmas!! From: Wendy & Sheila (Sutter Creek, Ca)
I just saw you on Food Network tonight. Loved the ideas. They showed your
web page address for a quick second...glad I caught it!!!! We bought our
first home this year and I am not doing much entertaining this year. But
watch out Christmas 2001!!! It will be so festive around here. I am definitely
going to hold a Cookie Exchange. Thank you for sharing your ideas.
hi robin, i saw you on food tv tonite and thought it would be fun to look
up your site. my husband and i own a tattoo shop out here and always have
people over for good food. he taught me how to cook. he used to be a certified
chef but the love of the art of tattooing was calling. so anyway, we have
our friends over at least once a week for dinner and i am always cooking
for the guys in the shop. i feel like there mother even though i am only
30. i am always looking for baking recipes. i am the baker and he is the
cook.but now i am the baker and the cook. i love to bake new recipe idea
and feed people. thanks for your fun site and i put it on my favorites. thanks
for listening, danielle
We are having our cookie exchange tomorrow. Saw your's on Sarah Moulton's
show tonight and looked wonderful. I thought I could use your tips for next
year.
i enjoy new recipes and i now have several to try. Thank You..
I'm hosting a cookie exchange on December 20, 2000. I have invited 12
ladies to my party. We are making 7 dozen cookies each and will take home
6 from each person...and sample 6 from each person...or so! I'm searching
for just the right game to play...I printed out the Christmas song game on
your suggestion board, which I like very much. Last year I went to a cookie
exchange at my boss's house and we played a really good "baking" game. She
filled a muffin pan with all white baking ingredients, flour, sugar, cream
of tartar, salt, etc...and we could smell and feel but could not taste, and
she a nice present for the winner. I would like to do that game, but some
of the same people are coming so I'd like something new, looking for ideas.
I love your site, saw your show tonight on the Food network. Thanks,
Jennifer
I saw your cookie exchange on the food network and thought that it was
such a lovely idea. I am going to plan one for next Christmas. I think your
web site is great too. Keep up the good work and have a wonderful holiday
season.
I seen your show on food tv tonight and I really enjoyed it so I had to
check it out. I even signed up to get your newsletter. I just know I will
enjoy every bit of it. THANKS!!
I loved your cookie swap party idea, saw you on sarah's show I'm planning
one next year. thank you for sharing it with us Merry Christmas Lilly
I havent seen anything yet and I already love it.... Appreciate stuff
like this.... Thank you.. Merry Christmas
This is a great webpage lots and lots of cookies.
Ihave no comments to offer because I have not checked out your website
yet. I will do so later.
I was watching a show on channel 52 on the food network I think the person
was named Sue Moltan and she had a program on Cookie exchange and you were
the first to go on. On the show i really loved the recipes that you and your
guests brought to the cookie exchange. I also make cookies for my kids and
i especially make more cookies during Christmas and New Years to give away
to family and friends. But none to the effect and laborante as the way you
host the exchange. I was wondering how could i possibly receive all or some
of the recipes that you and your guests brought. It all looked very good
and so beautiful. I am starting to host a cookie exchange for next year and
i need any details that you could possibly help me with... your consideration
will be very much appreciated. Once again please let me know if it is possible
to please let me know how could i get a copy of any recipes that you have
at your beautiful home when you hosted the cookie exchange... I also need
information on how to host a cookie exchange party and how much would i ask
my guests to make for the cookie exchange. Yours truly, Sylvia Wiks

I saw your Cookie Exchange on the Food Network and visited your homepage
today. Love all the recipes and am anxious to try them.
I saw that Sara Moulton special yesterday and love to

I just watched the special on Food T.V. last night.I loved watching how
you set up the exchange.I've always thought it would be fun to do one with
friends.You've inspired me to try.
I saw your cookie exchange on the Food Network--it looked wonderful! I
hope to host one myself some day.
i really enjoy your website. my daughter and i love it.l keep up the good
work.
What a great website!!! I really enjoyed it.
Our neighborhood has an annual exchange, also. We don't have as many rules
as you have but one fun thing we do is have a "Mug Exchange". Each guest
brings a wrapped mug and then we have a grab bag type exchange. It's fun
to see what kind everyone gets--some are Christmas designs but they don't
have to be. I always use my Christmas mugs at my exchange for coffee, tea
and hot cocoa or hot cider.
Great website. Saw you on the Food T.V. network and thought I might check
it out. Christmas is my favorite holiday and I am always trying to think
of new things to do with family and friends. This year i planned a Tree
Decorating Party with my family. Would have been a lot of fun if we weren't
to sick to do it. Oh well maybe next year.= )
Loved your comments and web page, too late to add a recipe at this time
but would enjoy receiving new recipe's thanks
I really enjoyed the FoodTV special! What a great tradition!
I really have enjoyed your site. I am sorry to say that at this time I
don't have a recipe to add. I found this site thanks to Food Network on TV.
I watched the special that encluded your Cookie Exchange. Well, happy holidays
to you.
I saw the special on Food TV - It was WONDERFUL!!! I am convinced that
I saw a cookie I know as Pecan Tassies - they were displayed in your 3 tiered
dish. I was hoping the recipe was in your recipe section but I did not see
it. Would you happen to have it. It was my favorite recipe which was misplaced
when I moved. Your special made me realize how special it was when my friends
and I did an exchange so many years ago. You have inspired me to start this
wonderful tradition again. THANK YOU! |
