North East, MD USA - Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at 07:51:15 (EDT)Great Gingerbread House Auction on Nov.30/03. The proceeds from the auction wnt to the Children's Wish Foundation. The Cookie Swap was 18 girls-only in the afternoon. They all had an opportunity to see the two gingerbread houses that I made for the event. After the swap, everyone left for about 2 hours which gave me a chance to clean up and regroup for the dinner party when the 18 gals brought their husbands with chequebooks and fabulous food! And we made a small bundle for Children's Wish. This year we are repeating the event and I'm currently working on 4 gingerbread houses. Hopefully we can make even more for Children's Wish. It's a great way to raise money.
