Bob and I watched you on Sunday---you need to be on the food channel
full-time. Great program!
The food network cookie show was awesome. I really enjoyed the seeing
the different types of cookies and getting ideas for gifts. I homeschool
my teenage sons and wer'e ready to put some of the recipes to test as part
of school. Thank you so much for sharing.
I heard about your web page while watching Sara's cookie swap special
on the Food Channel. Really enjoyed your segment. I used to belong to a Cookie
exchange when I lived in Chicago. Out here in Phoenix all I get is do I have
to make so many cookies...... Maybe next year. Sandy
Hi Robin, I watched your segment on the Sarah Moulton show the other night
with interest. My boss and I are hosting the first cookie exchange in our
office on Monday of next week on a voluntary participation basis. No invitations
needed for this one. I'm sure those who don't participate because they are
too busy will be sorry.....but we'll take care of that. I'm going to ask
each participant to bring a half dozen extras for a community plate to share
and they will get inspired for next year. I thank you for the recipes you've
shared and will probably make 2 or 3 at least from that grouping. In closing,
I have to say that the thing I like most about how you presented your event,
is the benefit of the female bonding. When we all work, there just doesn't
seem like enough time for that anymore. My husband said I definitely should
get started early next year and start a new tradition in our home and he's
right. Thanks again for sharing. Merry Christmas to your family and have
a happy and safe new year.
I am glad I wrote down your website while watching the cookie special.
So many wonderful tips and recipes, I can't wait to try them and maybe even
do an exchange next year!
I saw the show and i enjoyed the show and got lots of ideas from it. I
enjoy baking cookies at christman time and would like to try a cookie exchange
next year.
I loved seeing you and your friends on the Food TV Network and when I
failed to obtain the recipes from their web site, I remembered yours. Even
though we celebrate Hanukkah, we love the Christmas spirit. I also love to
bake. Thanks again.

winter.

I saw the FoodTV special and just had to check out the website. This looks
like it will be my new holiday tradition. Usually, I am the one doing all
the baking and giving of cookies, but now I can benefit from everyone else's
talents!
Enjoyed the show. Sent an email.

Robin: I watched the cookie swap show last night on the TV Food Network!
It was so much fun. Mary Ann
I have been doing the cookie exchange for 2 years and I am having a hard
time getting people enthused about it. I only have 7-9 people. I also do
a gift exchange with a $10 limit and the gift must be a Christmas theme.
ex. snowman soap dispenser, snowman tapestry pillow, santa snowglobe etc.,,
I will keep trying until I have a regular group that enjoys it as much as
I . I have about 4 repeaters and I am just hoping each year that it grows
and grows. Enjoyed watching about yours on the food network.. Merry
Christmas...
Nice website. I really enjoyed watching your cookie swap on the TV food
network. I am an avid baker. It seems like a lot of fun! Maybe next year
I could start my own.
Great
I did not see the recipe (or get the name, no pen/paper nearby when the
recipes was said) about the Best Cookie recipe, the one verbally stated during
the Christmas Show on Dec. 12th, with 1 cup butter, 1 cup margarine, rice
crispies and ??? Thank you.
Hi and Merry Christmas, Enjoyed the show on television tonight. Great
idea. You have a beautiful home and a nice group of baking friends. Thank
you for sharing all with us. Have a wonderful holiday.
Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New
Year!!
Enjoyed your program this evening. Just moved to central Florida. Want
to begin a cookie exchange here. Will plan one next year. I love them! Will
keep you posted on our annual progress. Thanks for the tips and help to organize!

i really like your web page. i just watched the chirstmas show.
I was watching the Cooking Channel and I saw the pre-view of the Sarah
Moultons Program on Cookie Exchanges. This was perfect timing because
next weekend I will bake cookies for a Cookie Exchange with a group of my
co-workers. I wrote down your web address during the show. I must say I am
quiet impressed with your web page. Very Creative. Now I have a problem.
I must choose which recipe to try for my cookie exchange. Thank You for the
wonderful web site. Have a Joyous Holiday Season and a Marvelous New Year.
Hey Robin, caught you on TV Food network tonight, really enjoyed how you
get together with your friends. Especially could relate to your friend who
made all those cookies because of her Mom. She really touched my heart. God
Bless you all and enjoy your holidays. PS. Love your site, will be back again.
Already told my friends to check it out. Happy Baking.
Saw your "Cookie Exchange" program on the food network. It has encouraged
me to start my Christmas cookie baking tomorrow! Happy Holidays.

I watched the show on the Food Network about your cookie exchange. I think
it is a wonderful idea. I usually bake cookies to give away to friends, etc.
at Christmas time. This would be a great idea to try. Thank you for a wonderful
idea!
Hi There, I was just watching the Cookie Swap show on the Food Network,
and they mentioned your website so I thought I'd check it out. I just wanted
to let you know that that is one of the best-looking websites I've ever seen
that wasn't backed by a large company. I'm looking forward to trying some
of your cookie recipes, and will send you some of mine when I have a little
more time. Have a wonderful Christmas! Joanna.
I just finished watching the Cookie Exchange on The Food Network....very
inspiring!! I'm going to send you my favorite cookie recipe, too!!!
Your page is fabulous! Thank you for the excellent cookie exchange directions.
For some reason, I could not submit my form to the guestbook. Just wanted
to let you know, I will try again soon. I saw your Food Network cookie special,
it was great! Thanks again.
Mrs. Olson, Greetings and Happy Holiday from Idaho I saw your cookie exchange
on the cooking network tonight, and was so impressed with it that I had to
email you and visit your site. I did a search for your site. They should
have listed it on the program *grin*. Your site is lovely and what a wonderful
idea. I have a new daughter in law and soon will have two new step daughters
*smile* I am getting married in a few months. I was thinking this would be
a great new tradition. You pages are very imformative and I so enjoyed your
friends and cookie recipes. Thank you for sharing with the rest of the world.
I shall be back often *smile* Bre'
I really liked the show. Cookie baking has not been a specialty of mine,
however, you have insprired me to give it another try.
Saw your special on Food channel. Would like to try "exchange" at our
church with our women's guild. Love your site!
Just saw on you host your Cookie Exchange on the Food Network -- you did
a great job, looks like fun! Will you invite me to your exchange next year?
:-) Happy Holidays!
I saw you on "The Cookie Exchange" I Love the idea. I want host one next
year. It sounds like a lot of fun.
saw you on the food network, and had to see your site.i'm glad i did.keep
up the great work!
I found it quite wonderful and inspiring seeing your segment on the Food
Network special. I loved to see the gathering of friends for such a festive
and tasty occasion. My joy was topped when I discovered your website. I must
admit I made a bee line to my computer and added you to my list of favorites!
I'm sure the exposure on the Food Network will illicit many of the same feelings
it has in me. Just between you and me, it's exciting and a little weird seeing
yourself on tv. I was on Calling All Cooks in November and I can't tell you
what an out of body experience that was for me. :-) In closing, I would just
like to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and all the best for a
Happy and healthy New Year! Sincerely Chamein Canton
The site is truly wonderful and is over flowing with tasty treats and
how to do's. Can't wait to begin my journey into "The Land of Tasty Treats".
Thank You and Happy Holidays Esther P.S. I'm new at this Web TV experience
thing. Forgive me if I'm not quite up to par yet.
SUNDAY DEC. 13,1999 JUST SAW YOUR PROGRAM ON SARAH MOULTON'S PROGRAM,
I REALLY ENJOYED YOUR SEGMENT. EVERYTHING LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. I'M SERIOUSLY
THINKING ON DOING THIS NEXT YEAR. HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY.
What a great web page. Glad I stumbled across it. Keep up the great work.
I'm one of your LOTH sisters and will anxiously be watching for you on
Sunday! I loved your page and definitely have it bookmarked. Will track down
some of my cookie recipes and send them in, too! Thanks for all the time
and talent you spent creating this wonderful website! I appreciate all the
hard work you put into it!
Thank you so much for sharing your site and your wonderful recipes with
the world. I am a young woman and this year I wanted to bake cookies as gifts
but had no recipes that I really could trust except for one that my mom passed
down to me. I did not want to use a cookbook that was store bought because
they have a tendency to leave out key "tips" Your site is WONDERFUL! Thanks
for all the tips and I will check back in after my baking and let you know
how the recipes I tried turned out.
I love you site you have done such a great job. I started my web site
last year at this time. I have come a long way but can see I have much to
learn from people like you. Great job. I hope you will visit me I love vistors
especially those that sign my guestbook. Take the time to see my Seasons
and Holiday site also. The link is on my Seasons With Family and Friends.
Well back to looking. Happy Holidays to you and yours. May your days be Merry
and Bright...... Bonnie
After searching the web for ideas on Christmas cookie exchanges, your
site was the only one I found with valuable information. Thank you so much
for helping me set up my "Mother Daughter" cookie exchange. What an interesting
event! Being that I am 44 years old and my daughter is 12, I felt it was
time for her to learn the art of making Christmas cookies. Usually Grandma
makes them because we are all so busy with our hectic lives. This year we
decided to make the time passing on the tradition........which seems to be
fading from my generation of friends. We had 16 women and 20 children ranging
in ages from 1-16. After we ate the buffet of food I prepared, we then proceeded
to have the mothers and daughter work together to decorate and ice cut out
cookies! What a site to see the 2 four year olds having a ball getting to
ice those cookies! They all brought aprons and had fun decorating the cookies
they could bring home. The dining room was filled with mothers and daughters
as we shared out baking stories around the dining room table filled with
homemade Christmas Cookies. I was thankful for my friends who took the time
and effort to pass on this tradition to their daughters and work together
in a bonding relationship. One 7 year old said, "This is the best time I've
had with my Mom ever!". How neat to share this time together in a hectic
time of the year. Thank you for your insight and planning strategies on your
web site to help me make a great day with moms and daughters. I am tired
today, but it was all worth it. If you would like me to share my recipes
for our buffet I will be happy to! Many Thanks, Carlen Ginzl
